Well I had made the plan to start a body blast/body boot camp challenge this week but after spending the day in the ER today {allergic reaction to something} I have to put it off a few days until I recover. Not everyone’s journey is the same but we all start in the same place; wanting to be healthier! Wanting a better body and mind is where we all start. Some get it the first shot others like me fall off the wagon numerous times. We are one another support and we need to remember not everyone learns or works the way we do. In 2006 I weighed in at 498#s. I have been on and off the dreaded ‘D’ word most of the past 11 years. 

I did however weigh in and take my measurements. I have been big most of my life so the numbers weren’t as surprising to me. Here they are:

Chest: 50″

Arms: 15 1/2″

Waist: 49 1/2″

Hips: 54″

Thigh: 27″

Neck: 17″

Wrist: 7 1/2″

Ankle: 10 1/2″

Calf: 18 1/2″

Forearm: 11 1/2″

Thighs Width: 45 1/2″

Weight: 265.8#s

BMI: 52

BF% {Machine}: 48%

BF% {Calculations}: 41.6%


Weight: 130-140#s

BF%: 15-23%

BMI: 18-20

Waist: 20-27″
